Play with Power, Ease & Presence
The Alexander Technique is a practical, body–mind training used worldwide by musicians to improve performance, tonal resonance, and prevent injury

You’ll learn how to:
• Organise your body for responsive, balanced support
• Coordinate breath and movement with greater ease
• Generate intensity without force
Whether you’re a student, professional, or passionate amateur, this session will offer tools you can immediately apply in practice and performance.
